TFK Trends for Kids Stroller Review

At the ABC Baby & Kids Expo, Gear Daddy got the lowdown on the latest baby strollers from Trends for Kids. These strollers are great for dads, especially a tall dad like Daddy Troy. TFK shows off a few of their jogging strollers, including a double stroller perfect for parents of twins or for a pair of siblings. Their tandem stroller can hold two bassinets and Graco and Peg Perego car seats. They’ve even got a jogger stroller with a skateboard attached. Watch as Daddy Troy gives it a spin around the expo floor. DadLabs Ep. 564 is brought to you by BabyBjorn. Distributed by Tubemogul.

When did YOUR LO first laugh? Does he/she sleep through the night?

Last night, I picked up my daughter and cradled her in my arms. I looked down at her and started talking to her like I usually do, and she smiled REALLY big (so cute) and then just started LAUGHING! It was the most amazing sound I had ever heard (next to my OTHER daughter’s first laugh).

She is still struggling to be able to laugh every time she wants to (she makes a gurgling noise haha), but it’s flipping adorable! I started bawling!

I also wanted to brag about my daughter sleeping through the night. She’s 3 months old now and I’d say she’s been sleeping for us for about 3 or 4 weeks now. She stays up pretty much all day long (cat naps now and then) and then when me and my boyfriend (her dad) go lay down, we take her in there with her bottle and lie her down in her bassinet and kinda prop her bottle (supervised of course) up. She ends up falling right to sleep and will normally sleep for a good 10-12 hours with only waking up once long enough for a feeding.

Share your stories. Brag about something your baby does!

When you bring your baby home where is he/she sleeping?

Are you putting them into a crib right away in there own room? Are they sleeping in bed with you and dad? In your room in a cradle or bassinet? Just curious. Our little guy is going to sleep in our room in a cradle for the first few weeks then he will go in his own room in a crib. We didn’t let our daughter sleep in bed with us so we aren’t going to with this one either. Our daughter is 2.5 and she slept right in a crib when we brought her home, but she was in our room due to living arrangements when she was born. But once we got moved into our house she had her own room as well. So I’m just curious how everyone else does it. Thanks in advance!
